Our Approach

So you love your new lashes and want to know how to care for them to keep them on as long as they will stay! Read our aftercare card (given at the end of the session), or just read below.

How To Care For Your New Lashes

Golden Rule

DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES WET FOR THE FIRST 24 HOURS!

If you can wait longer they generally last longer.

If you wet your lashes before the 24 hours they will begin to fall out very soon after, as the glue has not had a chance to cure properly.  This includes rain, splashing from the shower, or any other means similar to this

Do's

Lie and say those lashes are yours!

Apply makeup gently, to avoid weakening the bond between your extensions and natural eyelashes.

Brush them as needed.

Schedule Relash appointments appropriately for your activity level, genetics and needs.

Sleep on your side or on your back, avoiding contact with your pillow. If you can, sleep with an eye mask on to protect your lashes!

Keep your eyelash extensions clean

Do not:

Touch, pull or rub your eyelash extensions. Use your eyelash brush only, your fingers have natural oils that will compromise the bond.

Curl them.

Use waterproof or oil-based mascara.

Put oil or oily products within 2 inches of your lash line.

Sleep on your eyelash extensions.

HOW LONG WILL MY EYELASH EXTENSIONS LAST?
A standard “Relash” appointment is required every 2 to 3 weeks. With proper home care, approximately 50% of your eyelash extensions will be remaining. If you wait past 3 weeks, your extensions will be additionally grown out and potentially 25% of your extensions will be remaining. This will require you to schedule an “Extended Relash” appointment which is more time for the Lash Artist to replace the additional lashes needed and replace exceptionally grown out extensions. Approximately between 4- 5 weeks, you will need a Full Set.
